Return and Refund Conditions
If a person wants to return his or her parcel, the following conditions must be met:
Return Must be placed within 5 to 6 days of delivery date.
Items must be unused and unworn and in the same condition, they have received.
Items must be in the original packing.
Items that have broken during delivery can be returned but with the proof as a video that while opening the package customers have received broken items.
Items that have been sent wrong can be returned.
Packages that have been opened before or were not in the original packing or the original packing was torn off can be returned.

What is the process for Returning Items?
If you want to return the package you should take the following steps:
You have to contact the team with a valid reason and proof to return the parcel.
Kindly wait with patience for the team to review your request and approve your return.
Please be aware that the original shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer may be responsible for return shipping fees. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
After receiving your returned items we will inspect them and make sure they meet the return criteria and then your exchange and return will be done within 6 to 7 business days.
